Palladio 'Crushed' Shadows + EOTD

Palladio 'Crushed' Shadows + EOTD

I stumbled onto these Palladio 'Crushed' Metallic shadows in a new product display at Ulta and was kind of shocked.

I remember the days whenemilynoel83 from Beauty Broadcast would sing the praises of certain Palladio products including the Oil Absorbing Rice Paper Tissues as well as the Oil Absorbing Rice Paper Powder.

As long as I've known of this brand's existence (about 4-5 years) I don't recall them ever releasing anything new, and definitely nothing exciting

Shop My Stash - March

I'm trying to get in the habit of familiarizing myself with what's already in my collection. Not only should this process give me a better understanding of what I still love and what I can probably do without, but it's also something I should do when I'm between paychecks. Hey, I'm not ballin' enough to doa Hump Day Haul every week.

The Products Include:

Lorac Nude Necessities Palette Reaction

Lorac Nude Necessities Palette Reaction

When I first saw the Nude Necessities palette on Instagram,  my heart skipped a beat.

There are some people that might say “Are you kidding me?  Another neutral palette?”

That's how you know they're not a true beauty enthusiast.  If they were, they would know that, when it comes to neutral eyeshadow palettes, there's always room for improvement.  Formula,  shade selection,  price point. You get the idea.

January Favorites 2016

January Favorites 2016

It’s that time of the month…

It’s time for January Favorites!

Didn’t you hate that that year and a half when everyone on YouTube would open their monthly favorites video with that statement? Or was it just me?

Anyways!

As you can probably tell from all of the skincare posts this month, January usually gives me a hard time in that department. Hydration and exfoliation have been constant themes all month long. However, this past week I finally seemed to get it under control. These are some of the products I love in January:

Skincare Wishlist

Skincare Wishlist

This is the third week of Skincare Sunday ya’ll! I’m kind of on a roll. NBD.

I’m pretty much using the same products I’ve been using over the last two weeks and didn’t want to bore anyone by being repetitive AF. I thought i’d show you a wishlist of skincare products that i’d love to try! You know, one of these days.

Just so that you know, most of these products are going to be of the high end persuasion. Don’t hate me. That’s what makes this a wishlist

Manicure Monday : Wet n Wild One Step Wonder Gel

Manicure Monday : Wet n Wild One Step Wonder Gel

It’s been a hot minute since the last manicure I posted. The truth is I’ve been completely uninspired to do my nails. I’m kind of  in a funk, and that’s a problem.

Fortunately I came across a new gel polish formula from Wet n Wild. I’ve always been a fan of the Megalast formula because: the brush is the ideal width to be able to cover a large surface area with minimal streakage, most shades are opaque in one coat, it dries in a decent amount of time and they’re only $1.99.

Skincare Sunday Round Two!

Even though Skincare Sundays started out as a way to salvage a weekend trapped indoors, I’ve decided to keep up with it.

This week I picked up a new foundation and concealer with those Sephora Gift Cards I mentioned earlier. Both the foundation and concealer are products I was really excited about but they applied horribly! The foundation went on patchy and the concealer accentuated the fine lines under my eyes and started creasing! Everyone raves about these products (which I will mention in a haul or review at some point in time) and I thought I needed to give them a second chance when my skin isn’t dry and flaky AF; because that’s only fair.
